CNCPS ration API
How it is run today: Licensed software, not an API
CNCPS predicts dairy and beef nutrient requirements, rumen digestion, ration outcomes, and emissions. It is the science core many nutritionists use. Commercial UIs built on it include AMTS Nutrition and NDS Professional (RUM&N).
This is not realistic as open weights or a public model API. These are licensed software / NuGet packages for commercial software partners. Cornell: commercial licensing via the address on their CNCPS page; no CNCPS v7 standalone individual licenses.
A public CNCPS HTTP API was not found. AMTS publishes site-license prices on their page — that is their software price, not ours. We do not republish it.
To deliver this honestly: a partner or reseller conversation with AMTS, RUM&N, or Cornell — or we refuse this category until a license exists. The customer would supply feed-library chemistries, animal groups, and production targets through the licensed UI or API if a vendor API is contracted.
We do not pretend CNCPS or CattleEye are open model APIs. We do not own this science. We do not already have a ration API.
